The terms and conditions governing your use of MyB2B Massage services. Last updated: April 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MyB2B Massage website (velvetb2b.com) or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Service Description

MyB2B Massage provides professional body-to-body massage and relaxation services in Malaysia. Services are available as outcall (therapist travels to your location) and incall (you visit our venue) options. All services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Services are for relaxation and entertainment purposes only.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or book any service. By making a booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age upon request.

4. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are made via Telegram at @myb2bmassage
  • A booking is confirmed only after deposit payment is received and acknowledged by our team
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
  • Booking details (location, time, session type) must be accurate. Incorrect information may result in delays or service refusal
  • Same-day and on-demand bookings are accepted subject to therapist availability

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are confirmed before each session
  • A deposit of RM 50–100 is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is deducted from the total session cost
  • Accepted deposit methods: DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Grab Pay, Boost, Maybank QRPay
  • The remaining balance is payable to the therapist upon arrival, via cash or e-wallet
  • Prices may vary by location, time of day (late-night surcharge applies after midnight), and session duration
  • We do not accept credit card payments

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancelled 2+ hours before session: Full deposit refund or credit toward rebooking
  • Cancelled within 2 hours of session: Deposit is retained to cover therapist preparation and travel costs
  • No-show or refusal to open door: Full deposit is forfeited
  • Therapist late by 30+ minutes: You may cancel with a full deposit refund

To cancel or reschedule, message us via Telegram as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Maintain personal hygiene — shower before your session
  • Provide a safe, clean environment for outcall sessions
  • Treat therapists with respect and professionalism at all times
  • Do not request services outside the agreed scope
  • Do not record audio, video, or photographs during any session
  • Have the balance payment ready upon therapist arrival
  • For condos/hotels: arrange building access for the therapist in advance

8. Therapist and Service Standards

Our therapists are verified professionals. They arrive in casual attire with no identifying branding for your privacy. Therapists have clearly defined service boundaries. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client will be permanently banned from our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyB2B Massage provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyB2B Massage website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of MyB2B Massage Malaysia and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Malaysia.
